ALL ABOUT TOURISM IN INDONESIA

           Tourism is travel for recreational activities. Usually communities visited tourist places of interest, ranging from mountains, beaches, cities, etc. Modern man now tourism as principal needs after busy work life. Moreover, supported by a growing number of transport fleets and which offered an attractive price with a certain destination make communities more vibrant in recreation.

  • DEVELOPMENT TOURISM OF INDONESIA
        The continued development of a country's tourism is also growing in the country . Indonesian tourism market is growing due to factors ranging community support tourism in their local area . Society also began to introduce Indonesian tourism to the outside world so that the citizens of other countries or Indonesian citizens can visit the place of tourism in Indonesia . The focus of the marketing effort lies in the sale of tourism products , by providing the best beaches , best rooms , best facilities , and others .They assume that if it provides the best tourism products , then the tourists will be automatically buy goods or services from the tourism company . Marketing on tourism as this would be successful if there is no problem in selling , so they can focus on production .2 . Tourism Marketing Sales oriented,In this case , more emphasis on sales to convince tourists to buy goods or services , or to visit tourist places . Marketing that focuses on the sale will be successful if supply exceeds demand.This is according to history , driven by technological advances that result in increased productivity and real income is higher. The first , which will be purchased by the tourists are quickly exhausted the tourist stuff . Secondly , tourist durable goods . And the last is a Java offered by the tourism place .3 . Consumer -Oriented Tourism MarketingThe focus of tourism marketing orientation is located on the consumer . Precisely , in what is desired by the tourists .   • WEAKNESSES AND STRENGTHS OF TOURISM IN INDONESIA

Indonesian bureaucratic culture is difficult to change and evolve to bring dynamic international program mission to challenge Indonesian kompleks.Birokrasi can move dynamically if there is a strong leader in the department concerned . It is a fundamental weakness of our promotion for this because the system is not running dynamic , spontaneous , and automatic .3 . Fundamental weaknesses in the Indonesian bureaucracy is nothing but the weakness in the coordination system . STRENGTHS
1. Indonesian tourism , according to data from The Travel and Tourism Competitiveness Index reported by the World Economic Forum ( WEF ) in 2013 , is the cultural and historical heritage as well as wealth and natural beauty . In addition , Indonesia also benefited from the growing interest of tourists to the cultural tour .The rising trend of cultural tourism is an opportunity for Indonesia to better integrate culture -based creative economy as a tourist attraction to further encourage the growth of the national economy , especially for small and medium scale enterprises .WWTC also reported the tourism sector contributed 8.1 percent to the economy . It is estimated that well , the growth of foreign tourists in 2014 was 14.2 percent and 6.3 percent of local travelers .2. as we already know the advantages in tourism appears logical is to have tour guides were very friendly and polite which can help tourist to communicate and tell about the history of the resort .

  • BENEFITS OF TOURISM IN INDONESIA

There are many benefits and advantages in tourism if well planned and directed . The benefits and advantages can be seen and felt in terms of both economic ( welfare ) , social, cultural , political ( national and state ) , and the environment .1 . Economic Benefits ( Welfare )The increasing flow of tourists to an area or region , demanding types of services and facilities are increasing both in number and variety. This member economic benefits for residents , businesses , and local governments ; such as Foreign Exchange Receipts : The influx of foreign tourists will bring foreign exchange , which means it will strengthen the balance of payments and trade .2 . Opportunities SoughtTrying to be a wide-open opportunity , good effort to meet the needs of travelers directly or indirectly . Direct business field such as business accommodation , restaurants and restaurants , travel agencies , souvenir shops , craft studios and art , tour guides , shopping centers , and so forth . Indirect business field such as agriculture , fisheries , animal husbandry , industry and crafts , sports industry , apparel industry and other business fields related to human needs .3 . Encouraging Local Development : The development of tourism in the area will encourage local governments and communities prepare for and build the necessary infrastructure and facilities such as the construction and repair of roads , installation of water , electrical installation , revamping objects and tourist attraction , environmental improvement , social conditioning , structuring and institutional arrangements , and so forth . In addition it will also encourage investors to invest in the construction of objects and tourist attraction , business accommodation facilities , business travel agency services , restaurants and eating houses and others.

Directed the development of tourism in order to meet the desires of tourists , such as live quiet, clean , away from pollution , relaxed , can restore the physical and mental health . Thus the development of tourism is one way in an effort to preserve the environment , in addition to will gain added value for the utilization of the existing environment .
